B.  Evaluation Procedures

 

1.  Includes all SAT data from Tier I and II.  The evaluation must be conducted in no more than 60 calendar days from the date of parent consent and include instructionally-relevant assessment data. The IEP team determines eligibility.

2.  Ineligible students return to Tier II SAT for interventions and possible Section 504 eligibility determination if eligibility is suspected.
